The boys have started basketball. They are two games into their season and doing great.

Some Stitchin for E

Just finished up a few outfits for E. This dress is Ottobre 6/2012-03 Talvikki. I used a knit from Joanns. The baby coat is a cream velour from Joanns. The pattern is Ottobre 6/2012-09 Lintunen. And lastly,the elephant dress is Ottobre 4/2012-03 Autumn Bouquet. I found the elephant knit at Hancocks during the summer. I am so glad I held on to it. So sweet! Oh and the pink leggings... You guessed it Ottobre too.

I have done quite a bit of sewing for the boys too. I will show you those next;)

Robes for Everyone

I made these for the kids just before Christmas. I really wanted the kids to have them for Christmas morning. I took L and K to JoAnns to pick out the fabric. They picked out a crazy soft fleece that goes everywhere when you cut it. I would have to say it was totally worth the fuzzies on everything, because they loved them!

I used Simplicity 4388. I had to buy 2 sets of size ranges in this pattern. I think this pattern would be a great pattern for someone who wants to make a kid robe, but nothing to complicated.

Happy Birthday M!

This year for M's birthday he got a few surprises! First, he got to go to the movies with his greatest babysitter. Just the two of them. He had a great time and is still telling me about all the treats they ate during the movie. The second surprise happened when he got home from the movies. As many of you know, when my bestie moved last year so did M's. Sooooo luckily they were in town for the holidays. I hope these pics give you some idea of how happy he was to share his birthday with his friend!
